Tim Reiher-President/Lead Technician
Tim helped form Clean & Green Dryer Vent Experts, LLC after leaving employment from AFS (American Franchise Systems) where he was the corporate trainer and field support manager for a franchise called Dryer Vent Wizard. Tim left his 4 year position after his passion for working with consumers could not contain him in a office setting. Tim helped form over 56 franchises in his time with AFS and traveled all over the USA teaching his art of dryer venting. Tim's strongest passion was teaching customer service. More than a 3rd of his time during a typical training week was spent on how to provide the highest level of customer service in the country. Tim spends time every Sunday on the radio with Joe Gagnon The Appliance Doctor. Every once in awhile after Tim is off the air. You can hear Joe say "Can you feel how passionate that guy is about his job". Tim has an extensive background in construction and could even build you a house, but after working with dryer vents he has found that nothing beats knowing he may have saved a life by eliminating the fire risk in a laundry room.
When not building the Clean & Green Dryer Vent Experts' image and client list, Tim enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife of 5 years, Kim, and their 3 children, Hailey, Noah, and Paige. Kim is heavily involved in Relay For Life which Tim dedicates much time as well. An accomplishment that the entire Clean & Green family is very proud of. Tim is also an avid hunter and angler. His best business ideas come out of his trips to either the woods or waters.
